Manti Pool

On June 23rd, I wanted to take my kids somewhere fun.  Somewhere they haven't been before.  I kept thinking of places that 1) won't cost a fortune to go, 2) somewhere close.  I have never taken my kids to a public pool, so I thought maybe take them to the Gunnison pool.  Then I remembered how muggy it is, because it's an indoor pool.  Then I remembered about the Manti pool and how much fun I thought my kids would have there.  It's really close, costs $3.00 for anyone over 3.  I sent my friend Emily a text, come to find out, she and one of her friends were heading there.  So, we tagged along.

Hunter was so excited when I told him we were going to the Manti pool!  He started jumping up and down...earlier in the week, we were on our way back from Ephraim, and I had Zane drive in the high school parking lot to show Hunter the pool.  Him being as smart as he is, he remembered.  He kept talking about going down the slide, and letting the buckets of water dump on his head, and jumping in the water.  All except for the buckets of water being dumped on his head, he did everything he said he wanted to do.  He. Loved. It.

Here are some photos from our little adventure.  And if you want a super fun place to go, that isn't very expensive...Manti pool is awesome!!!

Taking a snack break...and trying to get warm.

So cute...in between a sneeze.  I LOVE how you can see all his super adorable freckles on his nose and cheeks.

Poor little girl, the chlorine was really getting to her eyes...and we had only been in the water, maybe 30 minutes.

Not sure what he was watching, but such a cute shot.  Sad though...I can totally see his left eye is in left field, something his glasses are supposed to be making more pronounced, so the eye doctor can see it.

Paizlei was so into watching people go down the waterslide.  She kept asking to go down the slide, but she was too little to go down.

Hunter was having the time of his life jumping off the side of the pool.
They both decided to jump off the side at the same time...well, Paizlei rolled off the side.  It was so funny!  I was caught completely off guard.

Me and my 2 FAVORITES!!!  Yes, I was getting FRIED!!!

Paizlei was completely FEARLESS!  She was jumping as far as she could.  She LOVED being in the water.  She kept asking to go to the "floating river"...aka, the lazy river.  They both LOVED that!

We were having the time of our lives there!  They both LOVED every minute of it.

Having another snack break...because it was so stinkin' hot, I made sure I pumped my kids full of liquids.

My friend Emily also has a Paislee.  Isn't she ADORABLE?

Emily's little boy, Riker.  Isn't he so cute?  LOVE his goggles!!!

Paislee and Riker...love these two!  They are such cute kids.

The Weber kids and the Vincent kids all together...Paislee W, Paizlei V, Riker W, Hunter V

Emily, thanks for letting us tag along with you and Jen.  We all had so much fun...we will definitely have to do it again.
