Little Miss Smartie Pants

Paizlei seems to be learning things so fast, I can't get over how smart she is.  Last week, I took her up to Primary Children's GI clinic...yes, we are STILL having issues with that...while we were waiting in the exam room, they had a bucket full of toys.  There were shapes in there.  As she is going through them, she is naming exactly what they are, Tthish a tiangle.,  Thish a shquare.,  Thish a shircle.".  I couldn't believe she actually knew what the shapes were.  I haven't worked with her on that stuff yet, because I didn't think she was ready.  Thank you Mickey Mouse Clubhouse for your educational through on my kids.

Another thing she is incredibly smart with, I mentioned it in the blog post below this one, is she can count.  She can count from 1-10 if we start it.  We will say a number, she will say the next number in line.  The funny thing is, she can count from 7-12 all by herself.  It's the cutest thing to hear.  Every time I get my video camera out, she won't do it.  But it goes something like this, "Seben.  Eight.  Nine.  Ten.  Eleben.  Twelbe!!"  It's so cute to hear her count.  I KNOW she has picked this up from Zane and I.  Every time we walk downstairs, we count the steps. 

She also knows yellow, blue, red, pink and green.  I think her favorite color is red, because when we give her the choice, she always says, "wed" and grabs for red colored items.  So, in case you were wondering, Paizlei is a little "Smartie Pants"!
