It went really well. They did 3 scenarios that are typical in his his line of work. Two of the participants in the scenarios, he knew. One is married to his cousin and the other, I worked with his wife. He spoke with his Lt. about the interview (the Lt. was there) and Zane is in the top 4. Now it is in the Sheriff's hands. Still keeping our fingers crossed.
