Super Star

The last day of school before Christmas break,

Hunter came running out to the car,

carrying this HUGE manila folder,

I swear it was as big as him!

I meet him at the sidewalk,

and he tells me,

"I am the SUPOH STAOH, Mommy!"

He was SOOO EXCITED!

The first week back after the Christmas break,

Hunter got to be the Super Star of his kindergarten class.

I think his teacher does this for the kids the week of their birthday.

Hunter's birthday is January 4th.

His teacher, Mrs. Nielson,

has these super cute super star posters that we fill out at home.

Some of the things on there:

a picture of Hunter

a picture of his family

his favorite food - waffles

his favorite color - camo

his friends

and his pet

among other information.

Hunter and I had so much fun preparing this poster for him.

We colored it with different colored markers,

then used some glitter glue

and filled in some of the things that we colored.

He may have been the Super Star in his classroom for a week,

but he is one heck of a SUPER STAR in our little family.

We LOVE you, Hunter!

I am so happy that you were able to be the Super Star

in you kindergarten class!

You will ALWAYS be Mommy's SUPER STAR!!!
