Not Enough To Do....
Just when I think I already have too much to do, I am blessed with yet another. As I'm cleaning up the kitchen I hear Paizlei let out a blood curdling scream, which is totally unlike her (she is a very very good baby). I ran in the living room and pick her up only to find that her back is all wet. I thought she had just peed through her clothes, which she is really good at. After taking her pants off and undoing her onesie to change her diaper, there is poo all down her legs, all up her back and tummy. Her clothes are soaked in poo. Yes, I really do change her. What I'm getting at here is laundry. It's not uncommon for Paizlei to soil a burp cloth after I nurse her. Today, every time she has nursed, she has soiled two burpies. Now, I have the poo soaked clothes. On top of that, Hunter is potty training, so we go through, oh, about 5 pair of big boy underpants a day. I don't put pants on him because I think "that will just add more laundry". Today, Hunter has soiled 8 pair of big boy underpants, but he is going to the potty, he just doesn't finish going. Now, I think about tonight. Zane will come home from work and need his work uniform washed because he only has two uniforms. Thank goodness he only works four days a week. We are only a family of four! I didn't think I would have to do laundry daily by adding one more to our little family! (I wouldn't trade her for the world!) Laundry is not my most favorite thing to do...although I would rather do laundry than clean a bathroom, especially a toilet! I wouldn't trade my family or the option to stay home with my kids for the world! I really do have the best job...a stay-at-home mommy!

I hear ya! When Caylee was a newborn baby, I was CONSTANTLY doing laundry. Her acid reflux sounds a lot like Paizlei's. Hers got a little better around the time she started eating solids. Maybe it was just more chunky than runny... I don't really remember. But yeah. I hear ya on the laundry!
Caylee is also potty training but I am just letting her take the lead with it. If she's just not getting it one day, I quit. No point in wetting every outfit she owns if she's not understanding.
And husbands! As much as we love them, you have to admit, sometimes they are just like the kids. I think Kyle actually goes thru more clothes than Caylee!
Hi Heather! I found your blog link on Stephanie's. I'm just doing a bit of stalking this morning...
Too funny- I think we have all been there. The joys of doing laundry.
